Armin was my driver today and he was top notch. On time, really friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly. Took the stress out of my day.

I would like to sincerely thank Nick and Fred who transported my mom from Mackenzie health to St. Michael’s hospital this morning. They were both so kind and caring both in attending my mom’s needs and driving downtown during the rush hour. Nick/Fred, I truly appreciate your support this morning during such a hectic time!

Had a great experience with using them to transport my mom from the hospital, back to her LTC facility. The 'front office' was very informative and friendly to talk to when I asked for a quote and there was no pressure to book and to call them back as needed. The 2 person team arrived on time, kind and compassionate to move mom from her hospital bed, on to their journey - ensuring her breathing tube was also intact and not overlooked. Also, mom was kept warm and 'cozy' in her blanket and although the trip was short, mom arrived as expected at the LTC. I forget their names but they were part of the team of Nov 18 at 12:30p pickup at Birchmount Hospital - Thanks again.
