Thank You very much that Top Medical Transportation transfer me from hospital to Sunnybrook to continue my Radio treatment.Haidai and another dispatcher,I forgot to ask his name.They are very polite and kind and gentle.They care about I am not feeling cold and ask me if I want to turn on or turn off the light.They want me feel comfortable for the go and backward road trip.When go to Sunnybrook the dispatcher was using I Pad to work on the schedule or some record he needed to update.Very professional.The driver are driving very carefully,very calm.Lots of good points I didn't mention here.But my heart feel so warm and I really appreciated for your help to day.

I can’t say enough good things about the team from Top Medical Transportation, especially Mohit and Aryan. They were truly exceptional—kind, compassionate, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process.

They went above and beyond to make sure my dad was treated with the utmost care and dignity. He has COPD and difficulty walking due to foot pain, and they assisted us every step of the way—helping transport him home safely and even getting him comfortably into bed, which we wouldn’t have been able to do on our own.

They made sure he was warm and comfortable, gently covering him with blankets, even taking the time to cover his head in such a thoughtful way. It meant so much to our family to see that level of respect and attention to detail.

What stood out the most was their patience and professionalism. They took their time, never rushed us, and made sure everything was done properly and with care.

This was truly outstanding service, and I am so grateful for their dedication and kindness. I would highly recommend Top Medical Transportation to anyone in need of compassionate and professional care.
